My experience as the Branded Content Editor of mindbodygreen and years of freelance writing have positioned me as a creative expert in health and wellness. I’ve written hundreds of articles, scripts, emails, ads, and social posts for a diverse scope of brands—fitness, supplements, skin care, finance, technology, beauty, and beyond. I’ve also played a key role as a brand strategist, developing creative ideas to win massive campaigns with global brands—then seeing them through start to finish. I’ve proven myself as a writer who can speak to any brand, in any voice, under any set of KPI’s.

Outside of work, I’ve been a yoga and meditation teacher for over a decade, further solidifying my unique expertise in all-things-wellness. I'm a poet, I facilitate a public writing group in Denver, and am currently working on publishing my first collection of experimental poems. I’m based in Denver, but available to travel for longer consulting engagements.
